Job summary

Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies seeks a Technical Program Management leader to drive work across Connected Applications such as Mapping, Vehicle Access, Mobile Apps, and Fleet Services, spanning Cloud, Mobile, and Vehicle firmware. The role demands deep technical knowledge with strong communication to align leaders, developers, and partners on business-critical deliverables.

The candidate should bring full-stack software or product development experience and a BS in a related field,

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in SW development with HW dependencies.
Expert in SW development methodologies and tools, including CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Plan, create and maintain technical schedules, priorities, and execution plans for multiple software product development programs crossing organizational boundaries
Drive broad/deep cross-functional software programs internally and across partners
Collaborate with and influence engineering, product and technical partners to achieve business and technical goals
Manage stakeholder expectations, identify, communicate, and mitigate dependencies and risks
Ensure technical designs are evaluated for feasibility, scalability, and quality
Provide leadership to unblock obstacles and prioritize
