Job summary

Crusoe is building AI infrastructure to power the world’s most demanding workloads. The Staff TPM will drive cross-team programs, executing strategy and creating scalable processes to enable predictable delivery.

You will lead multi-quarter planning across Storage Engineering, ensure alignment with IaaS, Cloud Foundations, and Data Center Operations, and report progress to executives with crisp dashboards. A strong background in cloud storage and cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end programs across engineering and product groups.
• Ability to define and scope cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program delivery for Storage Engineering, spanning multi-quarter release planning.
• Manage complex, high-risk programs including feature rollouts and platform resiliency.
• Coordinate across IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Ops and external storage providers.
• Identify risks across programs and vendor timelines and communicate with executives.
