Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Staff TPM to own deployment programs for new sites and capacity expansions in our GPU‑powered AI cloud. You will define targets, gating criteria, and DRI matrices, coordinating chip vendors and OEMs while managing parallel capacity projects.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration, build scalable deployment frameworks, and coach junior TPMs, shaping how we deploy at scale across hyperscaler customers and internal sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager owning end‑to‑end infrastructure deployment programs.
• Experience defining deployment engagement models across engineering organizations.
• Strong written/verbal communication for executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure deployment end‑to‑end for new sites and expansions.
• Define deployment targets, gating criteria, and DRIs for programs.
• Drive cross‑SKU dependencies and align multiple capacity projects.
