Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly experienced technical program leader to own Cloud Infrastructure execution, define priorities, unblock dependencies, and drive initiatives to committed dates. You will partner with product and Chief of Staff to shape planning cycles, headcount, and organizational rhythm, delivering clear leadership updates and a single source of truth for execution health.

Qualifications

10+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or a technical product role.
Track record driving multi-team technical initiatives to committed dates in infrastructure/cloud/platform.
Built processes/operating cadence and planning models adopted by multiple teams.
Unblocks without formal authority with precise asks and follow-through.
Fluent issue tracking at scale; Jira adoption and disciplined governance.
Able to turn messy data into clear execution health visuals.
Comfort with ambiguity and autonomous, accountable execution.
Excellent written communication across leadership levels.
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of operating-model/planning processes.

Responsibilities

Own the view of engineering priorities across Cloud Infrastructure and track quarter commitments.
Coordinate and unblock teams on compute, storage, networking, and Crusoe Managed Kubernetes initiatives.
Drive commitments to dates and surface slips early for leadership action.
Run the Cloud Infrastructure staff meeting to produce decisions.
Partner with Cloud Product/Technical Product Management on planning cycles.
Partner with Chief of Staff on headcount planning and operating rhythm.
Produce leadership updates and executive readouts on execution health.
Take on cross-cutting problems and drive them to outcomes or named owners.
Drive Jira, Confluence, and dashboard artifacts as the single truth source.
Aim for a clear, at-a-glance view of execution health for leaders.
