Job summary

Crusoe is hiring a Staff TPM to own deployment programs for new sites and capacity expansion in a sustainable AI cloud environment. You will define and drive the deployment engagement model from chip vendor engagement through first customer cluster delivery.

The role requires deep GPU architecture knowledge, experience in hyperscaler-like deployments, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams with executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a TPM with end-to-end infra deployment experience at hyperscalers or similar.
• Experience defining deployment engagement models from scratch.
• Proven ability to align multiple teams at VP/SVP level without formal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure deployment for new sites end-to-end.
• Lead Deployment Phase 0 on the Cloud TPM side.
• Manage cross-SKU dependencies across active programs and capacity expansions.
• Provide data-driven executive updates and dashboards.
