Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own deployment programs for new sites and capacity expansion, guiding hardware partnerships, firmware targets, and commissioning gates. You will define engagement models, drive cross-organizational alignment, and deliver data-driven updates to executives.

With 10+ years in TPM at GPU cloud or hyperscale environments, you will mentor others, shape deployment frameworks, and push AI tooling integration to improve program tracking and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager owning infrastructure deployment programs end-to-end at a hyperscaler, GPU cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company.
• Experience defining or redesigning deployment engagement models that stick across engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end infrastructure deployment for new sites or expansions, including vendor dependencies and first customer delivery.
• Lead Deployment Phase 0 on the Cloud TPM side: define firmware targets, DOCA targets, commissioning gate criteria and DRI matrix.
• Manage cross-SKU dependencies across parallel programs to avoid resource conflicts and ensure delivery.
• Provide real-time dashboards and data-driven executive updates.
• Coach junior TPMs and drive AI tool integration across programs.
