Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Staff TPM to drive end-to-end storage programs, owning multi-quarter roadmaps and ensuring cross-functional alignment. You will lead complex initiatives and provide clear, data-driven updates to executives.

The role requires deep cloud storage knowledge, experience delivering storage products, and strong leadership across engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments.
• Experience owning complex programs end-to-end across engineering and product.
• Ability to define, scope, and document cross-functional initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives with data-driven updates.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program delivery for Storage Engineering, multi-quarter planning and governance.
• Lead complex programs including feature rollouts and platform resiliency.
• Align cross-functionally with IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations and external storage providers.
• Identify risks across programs and vendor timelines; provide executive updates.
