Job summary

Form Energy is hiring a Staff Test Engineer to join the Test Engineering team. You will design, develop, and implement test strategies ensuring reliability, safety, and performance of energy storage products, leveraging expertise in mechanical and electrical tests and data-driven analysis.

You will lead campaigns end-to-end, design critical fixtures, and collaborate with design teams to drive validation plans and data integrity across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• 7–10 years of deep technical experience in Test Engineering and hardware verification.
• Experience leading complex hardware verification programs preferred.
• Strong data-analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test campaigns from concept to final validation.
• Design and approve test fixtures and infrastructure affecting multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional validation plans with design partners.
• Deliver detailed test reports with recommendations for design improvements.
