Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of related experience in Operations or Program Management/Military experience
• Master’s degree with 8 years of related experience in Operations or Program Management/Military experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required)
• Strong MS Project, Excel, Power Point and Word skills
• Experience leading a multi-discipline team
• Experience with MES, SAP, PRISM
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience

Responsibilities

• Improve material flow using lean practices and visual management
• Develop operations plans for materials, manufacturing, and integration
• Forecast assembly and manpower requirements
• Assist in proposal efforts for the operations team
• Support the program objectives with direct tasks as needed
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly objectives are met
• Maintain knowledge of program scope, schedules, and processes
• Own the program’s EAC, budget and EVM reporting
• Manage the integrated master schedule for operations scope
• Prepare and present program status information
• Identify milestones and risks and develop contingencies
• Facilitate regular progress meetings and communications
