Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Technical Services Project Manager (Level 5) in Colorado to drive operations across Aurora and Englewood facilities. This on-site role requires Lean/ MES experience and a background in program management with a focus on cost, quality, and schedule.

You will report to the OPM and coordinate with the program office, customer, and factory leadership to define the art of the possible from day one. A comprehensive benefits package and salary range are provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree with extensive operations or program management experience; or equivalent years of experience.
Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance (US Citizenship typically required).
Strong MS Project, Excel, Power Point and Word skills; proficiency with MES/SAP/PRISM and EVM is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence across the organization and customer.
Manage operations life cycle from proposal through delivery.
Develop and maintain program scope, schedules, performance objectives, and cost/variance controls.
Own and report on EAC, budget, and EVM for the program.
Maintain an integrated master schedule and prepare status updates for internal and external reviews.
Identify milestones, risks, and contingency plans; drive regular progress meetings.
