Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience in Operations/Program Management or Military experience, or
• Master's degree with 8 years related experience in Operations/Program Management or Military experience, or
• 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree acceptable

Responsibilities

• Improve material flow and empowerment within subassembly integration using lean practices.
• Establish and execute operations plans including material, manufacturing and large subassemblies.
• Develop assembly and manpower forecast.
• Support proposal efforts for operations team.
• Maintain ownership of program's EAC, budget and EVM reporting.
• Manage integrated master schedule for operations scope.
• Prepare and present program status for reviews.
• Identify milestones, risks, and contingency plans.
