Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Project Manager to lead integrated product teams on complex defense programs. This on-site role requires Top Secret clearance and SAP access, with travel up to 10%.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management while coordinating across multiple sites in Palmdale, San Diego, and Oklahoma City. Ideal candidates have extensive PM experience, a CAM background, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience OR Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in engineering, PM, sustainment, proposals, or contracts.
• CAM experience required.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) and SAP access capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT program management activities and coordinate cost and schedule performance.
• Develop and manage budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) and estimate at complete updates.
• Create and maintain cost/schedule baselines and technical performance baselines.
