Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Northern Utah is seeking Staff Technical Services Project Managers to serve as Operations Program Managers, leading product family value streams across Promontory, Clearfield and Magna. This 100% on-site role requires coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to meet cost and schedule requirements.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in engineering (or Master’s) with 10–12+ years of experience and be able to obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 12 years of experience, or Master’s with 10 years in engineering/operations/program management.
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills
• Proficient MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities for a product family within the value stream.
• Own and deliver product family through design, manufacturing, testing and delivery.
• Coordinate with design, S&MA, process engineering, supply chain and operations.
• Ensure lean principles are applied to continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
