Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Utah is seeking a Program Manager 3 to support strategic, advanced and space launch programs. The roles are 100% on-site in Magna (Bacchus) or Promontory, Utah.

The candidate will have responsibility for program performance, including technical, financial and contract commitments, with strong communication to customers and stakeholders. Reporting to the Director of Programs, you will lead teams, oversee budgets, drive schedule adherence, and mentor staff while pursuing new

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Finance with 10 years' experience supporting US Government contracts or customers in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years' experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as a Program/Project Manager, IPT or CAM.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to achieve a single objective.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution across safety, quality, schedule, technical requirements, and cost.
• Manage teams to achieve production, billing and revenue milestones.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to program managers, interns and cross-functional team members.
• Drive a results-oriented culture and identify cost versus risk improvements.
• Represent Northrop Grumman to customers, aligning capabilities with needs.
• Execute programs and resolve issues in line with contracts, regulations and procedures.
