d-Matrix is seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to manage candidates through all interview stages and partner with engineering leaders to hire top deep-tech talent at our Santa Clara headquarters.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience across multiple technical verticals, expert ATS proficiency, and a proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in California.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience, including senior and staff-level hires.
• Experience recruiting across multiple technical verticals, not just one specialty.
• Expert fluency with an ATS and with building reporting/dashboards.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruiting for roles across multiple disciplines, from intake to close.
• Build and refine sourcing strategies for hard-to-find deep-tech talent and drive AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Establish trust-based relationships with hiring managers and candidates as a strategic partner.
• Maintain clean ATS data and create real-time pipeline dashboards for leadership.
• Operate autonomously in ambiguous searches and bring structure to the process.
