You will build sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and maintain ATS data with real-time dashboards for leadership.

The role requires 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup. Hybrid work with three days on site at Santa Clara headquarters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple technical verticals, not just a single specialty.
• Expert fluency with an ATS and with building your own reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruiting for roles across multiple disciplines, from intake to close.
• Build and refine sourcing strategies for hard-to-find deep-tech talent, and drive adoption of AI-powered sourcing and screening tools across the team.
• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with hiring managers and candidates, acting as a strategic partner rather than an order-taker.
• Keep ATS data clean and build reporting and dashboards that give leadership a real-time, data-driven view of the pipeline.
• Operate autonomously, bringing structure to ambiguous searches without waiting to be told how.
