Job summary

Wonder, a mealtime platform connecting hundreds of dishes and exclusive restaurants in one order, is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager in New York. You will lead multi-quarter, high-visibility initiatives spanning engineering, product, and other functions, driving faster program velocity with scalable processes and clear governance.

You will mentor other TPMs, define goals and workstreams independently, and partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic roadmaps aligned to business growth

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of technical program management experience in tech or food delivery.
• Ability to engage credibly on tradeoffs with engineering and product teams.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-quarter programs spanning multiple teams with autonomy and ownership.
• Drive cross-team planning and execution with dependencies and constraints.
• Mentor TPMs and raise the bar for program management across the org.
• Implement scalable processes to increase efficiency beyond a single program.
• Communicate status, blockers and next steps during MBRs and WBRs.
• Manage escalation and tradeoffs, balancing business needs with tech constraints.
