Wonder Group, INC is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to scale our technology and grow the business. You will own multi-quarter initiatives with autonomy, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor other TPMs to raise the bar for program management.

You will coordinate across Engineering, Product, and other functions, driving planning, execution, and communications while delivering outcomes that impact the entire organization.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of technical program management experience, preferably in the tech or food delivery industry.
• Technical fluency to engage credibly on tradeoffs, pressure-test estimates and dependencies.
• Hands-on familiarity with Jellyfish, Jira (with JQL), SQL, Datadog, BigQuery, and Redash.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy — defining goals, workstreams, and constraints independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
