Wonder is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager in New York to lead a portfolio of strategic programs across product engineering. You will partner with directors and senior leaders to define milestones, monitor delivery health, and drive outcomes that matter to the business.

You will influence planning cadences, manage dependencies, and mentor other TPMs while translating complex technical risk into clear business decisions.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of technical program management experience.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with engineering leaders on tradeoffs and risk.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to increase velocity and quality.
• Defined goals, milestones, and success measures for large, ambiguous initiatives.
• Built planning or delivery frameworks adopted across a group or org.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery health across a group and define milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Design and champion planning, delivery, and operating cadence standards.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and build durable scalable fixes.
• Influence scope and prioritization with data-driven decisions.
• Communicate vision and status to executives and translate risks into actionable decisions.
• Mentor TPMs and raise the craft of delivery across teams.
