Job summary

Wonder in New York is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive multi-quarter, high-visibility tech initiatives across Engineering, Product, and other functions. You’ll define goals, workstreams, and constraints with autonomy, mentoring other TPMs and shaping the craft of program management.

You’ll lead quarterly planning, manage dependencies, escalations, and tradeoffs, translating priorities into a resourced plan while driving improvements in operating efficiency and execution across

Qualifications

5-7 years of technical program management experience or equivalent.
Ability to engage credibly on tradeoffs, estimates, dependencies and risks.
Able to define goals and workstreams independently without micromanagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication with varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-quarter, high-visibility initiatives spanning multiple teams.
Drive cross-team collaboration and planning across programs with dependencies.
Establish communications standards for portfolio including executive updates.
Mentor and raise the bar for other TPMs within the org.
