Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager in New York to shape how product and engineering plan, deliver, and measure work. You will partner with senior leaders to manage a broad portfolio and resolve cross-functional challenges with judgment and influence.

You will define milestones, tracking, and success metrics for complex initiatives, while mentoring TPMs and shaping delivery frameworks that improve velocity and quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of technical program management experience across multiple teams or a full product engineering group.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to increase velocity and quality.
• Proven ability to define goals, milestones, and success measures for large multi-quarter initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery health across a group of product engineering teams and secure buy-in for long-range plans.
• Design and champion planning, delivery, and operating cadences (quarterly planning, reviews, risk management).
• Identify bottlenecks and build scalable mechanisms to fix them across the organization.
• Shape scope and prioritization decisions using delivery data and business impact.
• Communicate vision and status to executives and translate risks into actionable decisions.
• Mentor TPMs and other leaders, promoting high performance and accountability.
