Job summary

Wonder, a mealtime platform, is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager in New York. You will drive multi-quarter, high-visibility initiatives that span multiple teams and mentor other TPMs while maintaining autonomy over goals and execution.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders to optimize program velocity and impact. You will leverage technical fluency to trade off scope, sequencing, and risk, guiding cross-functional teams from planning through delivery

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of technical program management experience, or comparable experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools like Jellyfish, Jira (with JQL), SQL, Datadog, BigQuery, and Redash.
• Ability to operate with autonomy—defining goals, workstreams, and constraints independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-quarter, high-visibility initiatives spanning multiple teams with ownership.
• Drive cross-team collaboration across Engineering, Product, and other functions; implement communications standards.
• Identify solutions to ambiguous, complex cross-program problems and scale processes across the org.
• Act as operational leader for embedded teams, translating priorities into a scoped, resourced plan and running reviews.
• Balance business needs with technical constraints and communicate tradeoffs to engineering.
