Compass, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives across our Consumer Engineering teams in Seattle, WA. You will coordinate cross-functional programs, drive strategic plans, and ensure on-time delivery with strong data-driven reporting to executives.

The role requires 7+ years in TPM, AWS/cloud familiarity, and a passion for fast-paced growth. You will contribute to agile practices, security initiatives, and cost optimization while collaborating

Qualifikationen

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a large high pace tech environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication — ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven reporting.
• Experience with scripting languages & SQL queries.
• Proven track record of successful technical program management in high-performance teams, directing initiatives across multiple teams and managers.
• Experience managing initiatives within large scale systems in rapid growth environments.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies (containerization, microservices architecture, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures as well as security platforms and frameworks.
• Self-drive and ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead large scale initiatives aimed at building new products or platforms for Compass.
• Manage full life cycle of key programs including detailed plans, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• Champion with product, design, engineers, and operations leadership and report progress to executives.
• Drive strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs across product teams and cross-functional groups.
• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple technical programs spanning organizations and locations.
• Contribute to agile practice and high-level planning quarterly and yearly.
• Drive cost excellence and process improvement across the organization.
• Provide programmatic leadership for security initiatives to harden the platform.
• Create clarity and drive decisions using data and executive narratives.
