Job summary

Illumio seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across our cybersecurity platform. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Security, Cloud Operations, Customer Success, and Support to deliver strategic programs that improve product quality, accelerate releases, and enable customers to adopt our platform with confidence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in enterprise software, cloud, networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
Experience leading large cross-functional engineering programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Cloud Operations, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering organizations from planning through successful delivery.
Own end-to-end release management for multiple product lines and coordinate readiness activities.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and lead technical discussions for stakeholders.
Define program management best practices, dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio health metrics.
Drive strategic customer commitments and SaaS migration initiatives.
