Job summary

Genesis is seeking its first Technical Program Manager to own programs across hardware, software, and research. You will drive cross-functional initiatives with relentless pace, aligning researchers, engineers, and leadership to clear roadmaps and deliverables.

You will lead efforts spanning robotics hardware and software, AI workloads, and integration workstreams, ensuring alignment across global teams and tight execution discipline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex technical programs end-to-end.
• Strong technical depth across disciplines.
• Clear, direct communication with researchers, engineers and leadership.
• Bias for action and ownership.
• Bonus: robotics, hardware/software integration or research workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional programs from AI foundations to hardware–software integration with pace and accountability.
• Turn goals into lean roadmaps with clear deliverables, owners and timelines.
• Dive into robotics hardware, software, graphics and large-scale AI to surface trade-offs and uncertainties.
• Keep Bay Area and Europe teams aligned, dependencies unblocked and risks visible early.
• Build lightweight systems (roadmaps, metrics, dashboards) to keep execution focused.
