Job summary

Genesis AI is seeking a product leader to own the deployment roadmap for our core Physical AI capabilities, translating research breakthroughs into deployable, customer-facing products. You will sit at the intersection of research, robotics engineering, and field deployment, turning ambiguous tradeoffs into clear product decisions and measurable outcomes.

Define readiness for customer sites by setting success metrics and reliability thresholds, and supervise POCs and pilots for Genesis customers

Qualifications

Track record shipping technical products with tradeoffs.
Ability to read policy evaluations and discuss sim-to-real gaps.
Strong bias toward field work over whiteboard.
Exceptional written specs and decision logs.
Comfort operating with incomplete information in a fast-moving field.
International expertise and connections.

Responsibilities

Own the deployment roadmap for core Physical AI capabilities.
Bridge research, robotics engineering, and field deployment to resolve technical tradeoffs.
Define readiness for customer sites with metrics and reliability thresholds.
Drive cross-functional alignment across research, engineering, and field operations.
Lead POCs and pilots for Genesis customers and partners.
Work with robotics team on requirements for robot fleets, data collection, privacy, and infra constraints.
