HavocAI seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead execution across complex robotics, autonomy, software, and defense programs. You will work with engineering, product, operations, field teams, and customers to translate mission needs into executable plans and delivered capabilities.

The role requires deep technical knowledge, strong program leadership, and the ability to manage hardware/software integration, testing, and deployment at speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own execution for robotics, autonomy, software, and defense-related engineering programs.
• Translate customer needs, contract requirements, and mission objectives into clear technical plans.
• Coordinate across software, autonomy, hardware, manufacturing, field operations, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Identify risks early and work with engineering and company leadership to resolve them.
• Plan and support system testing, field testing, demonstrations, and operational evaluations.
