You will drive integration of hardware, firmware, and software developed by global teams and help shape architecture for future imaging systems.

The role requires 6+ years in systems engineering or related fields, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years in systems engineering or related role for complex medical devices or regulated industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across large cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level investigations across PET gantry, PET/CT, and PET/MR subsystems.
• Define cross-modality interfaces between PET and CT/MR systems; ensure stability and validation.
• Drive system integration across hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software.
• Improve product quality and reliability through integration and test strategies; investigate issues.
• Contribute to system architecture and interface decisions across embedded software and hardware layers.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable technical plans with stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers; share systems expertise.
