Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 8+ years in engineering of hardware and software products.
• 5+ years in systems engineering, requirements or architecture.
• Experience integrating hardware and software systems.
• Proven ability to define and trace system requirements.
• Knowledge of clinical imaging workflows is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication across global teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems engineering for new product development.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and engineering teams to define requirements.
• Translate user and clinical needs into detailed specifications.
• Drive architecture, decomposition, and interface definitions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks with proactive resolutions.
• Lead system integration across globally distributed teams.
• Define verification and validation strategies at system level.
• Perform system safety and regulatory-aligned analyses.
