SRC, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to support AoA analyses, trade-off studies, and SE process management across DoW programs.

The role involves coordinating between manufacturing, testing, and operations to integrate advanced technologies into end-to-end initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in engineering with 8+ years' experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and a track record in vulnerability analysis and model-based systems engineering using MBSE

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or STEM field and 8+ years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligible for SCI.
• Experience conducting vulnerability analysis, AoA, gap analyses, and trade-off studies in DoD/government contracting.
• Proficiency in uncertainty quantification and statistical methods for complex systems.
• Ability to manage SE master schedules and technical baselines per MIL-STD/DoDAF.
• Strong written/verbal communication with government stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Support AoA and trade-off analysis to inform design decisions and risk management.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis and assessments of weapon effects models for performance and survivability.
• Develop and maintain SE process framework and master schedule aligned with milestones and DoW expectations.
