SRC, Inc. is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to support analysis of alternatives, SE process management, and liaison across government and contractor teams.

The role emphasizes DoD-related design decisions, risk management, and robust modeling and simulation practices. The position requires a strong technical foundation in AoA, SE process management, and the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or STEM field with 8+ years of experience.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance (or eligible for SCI).
• Experience conducting vulnerability analysis, AoA, gap analysis, and trade-off studies in a DoD/government contracting setting.
• Proficiency in uncertainty quantification and statistical analysis for complex systems.
• Ability to develop and manage SE master schedules and MIL-STD/DoDAF baselines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support AoA and trade-off analyses to inform design decisions and risk management.
• Conduct vulnerability analyses and evaluate performance across operational scenarios.
• Develop and maintain the SE process framework and master schedule to align with milestones and government expectations.
• Perform gap analyses to identify deficiencies in modeling tools and methodologies and propose solutions.
• Assess design limits and margins, providing data-driven recommendations for risk mitigation.
