Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to support DoW programs as they pursue end-to-end integration of WMD/HDBT capabilities. You will analyze AoA, conduct vulnerability assessments, and manage SE processes and schedules in collaboration with DoD, government and contractor teams.

The role requires a strong background in modeling, uncertainty quantification, and MBSE tools, with an emphasis on delivering data-driven decisions and risk mitigation across multi-disciplinary environments.

Qualifications

• Active DoD/government contracting experience preferred.
• Experience conducting AoA, vulnerability analysis, and trade-off studies.
• Ability to develop SE master schedules and baselines per MIL-STD/DoDAF.

Responsibilities

• Support AoA and trade-off analyses to inform design decisions and risk.
• Conduct vulnerability analyses and assessments across operational scenarios.
• Develop and maintain SE process framework and master schedule.
• Perform gap analyses to close deficiencies in modeling and simulation.
• Assess design limits and margins with data-driven recommendations.
