Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience building high-scale cloud-native systems in production (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong skills in production readiness, SLOs, incident management, and reliability improvement.
• Proficient in Python, Go, or Java with quality-focused practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, observable infrastructure for data ingestion and platform ops.
• Drive production readiness across teams with reliability standards and resilient deployments.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment verification, and progressive delivery.
• Define SLOs/SLIs, monitoring, runbooks, and operational best practices.
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering patterns across teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
