You will design CI/CD pipelines, promote best practices, and mentor engineers while balancing reliability, performance, and cost in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering.
• Experience designing cloud-native, scalable, production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, observable infrastructure for vehicle telemetry and platform operations.
• Drive production readiness across teams with reliability standards and rollback practices.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitOps and deployment verification.
• Build and improve AI workflows, validation techniques, and structured evaluations.
• Automate operational work including incident intake, diagnostics, and runbooks.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotations and lead post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards through design and code reviews.
