Qualifications

• 7+ years in SRE, Software Engineering, or Infra with cross‑org impact.
• Proven reliability improvements using KPIs like MTTR, SLOs, and incident response.
• Experience shipping AI/LLMs to automate engineering/ops workflows.
• Strong Python/Go and automation mindset.
• Deep observability with Datadog, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Define reliability standards across critical services with AI at the center.
• Lead high‑severity incidents as Incident Commander.
• Design AI‑assisted workflows for alerting, runbooks, and postmortems.
• Mentor engineers in reliability practices and incident reviews.
• Architect for resilience and capacity planning at scale.
