Job summary

Namely is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead teams and automate operations. This role requires strong development and Ops knowledge, focusing on reliability across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include guiding teams through infrastructure decisions, improving scalability, and integrating AI tools for efficient workflows. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with AWS, CI/CD, and strong scripting abilities.

This position allows for a hybrid work setup with an office presence two days a week.

Qualifications
