AlphaSense is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to shape reliability, scalability, and performance for our AI-driven market intelligence platform. You will architect core reliability platforms, mentor engineers, and drive SRE best practices across our global engineering organization.

In this hands-on role, you will lead incident response, champion observability, and implement AI-powered diagnostics and remediation. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar field.
• Strong SaaS production experience at scale.
• Proficiency in Python or Go or similar.

Responsibilities

• Architect reliability frameworks and self-service tooling.
• Lead AI-driven reliability and automations.
• Champion reliability culture across engineering.
• Incident leadership during critical events.
• Advance observability with end-to-end monitoring.
• Mentor engineers across SRE and product teams.
