Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams of software developers.
- Extensive experience with Agile software development in a team setting.
- Extensive experience developing C/C++ software systems.
- Experience with Linux or RTOS toolchains.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for simulation software development.
- Act as Product Owner for key software initiatives.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Lead Agile processes and backlogs.
- Define feature roadmaps and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with systems engineers on simulation specs.
- Oversee software integration and testing for simulators.
- Coordinate Fort Worth and Palmdale teams.
