Job summary

You will manage recruitment, training, performance, and compensation while ensuring adherence to engineering processes and customer focus. This is an onsite role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or CS field with software experience.
• Experience with embedded development using a real-time operating system.
• Proven ability to manage complex embedded software systems/programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop software teams; assign work and provide feedback.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute software development activities.
• Manage recruitment, training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition and disciplinary actions, and staff development.
• Support program development and ensure engineering process compliance; act as technical conscience for programs.
