Job summary

Stem is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems for PowerTrack. You will mentor teams, drive architecture, and deliver end-to-end features across web applications leveraging React, Node.js, and modern stacks.

The role emphasizes data pipelines, security, and collaboration with DevOps to enable CI/CD, containerization, and robust monitoring. This is a remote B2B contract based in Poland or Romania with CET/CEST hours.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in full stack development with a track record of delivering complex applications.
• Technical Skills include React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Redis, C#, SQL/NoSQL, Git, CI/CD, Testing/TDD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data pipeline architecture and design for scalable data processing.
• Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full-stack features across web apps.
