Job summary

Energy Exemplar, a global software company delivering PLEXOS, Aurora and Adapt2, is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Development team in India. You will deliver quality, performant software across a wide range of use cases for our customers, collaborating with product and engineering across regions.

The role requires strong .NET/C#, front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks), unit testing, and experience with Angular 2+, VueJS or React.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge in OOPS with .Net, C# or relevant technologies with SQL Server or any RDBMS.
• Hands on experience in design and development on UI front end Technologies.
• Hands-on experiences with UNIT testing frameworks.
• Good exposure to web application development using HTML 5, CSS3 ,Bootstrap, JavaScript.
• Experience in development of Angular 2+, VueJS or React.
• Expertise in Responsive web design, HTML5, and CSS pre-processors
• Strong in JavaScript (object oriented concepts) & JavaScript optimization
• Strong logical, analytics and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work effectively across team boundaries.
• Attention to details
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Should be strong in .NET, C#, data structures & algorithms, design patterns, APIs, complex SQL queries, cloud & frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and performant software for varied customer use cases.
• Develop software solutions by learning information needs, discussing with managers, studying systems flow, data usage, and identifying solutions.
• Follow the software development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
