Job summary

Tracker Technologies seeks a Lead Software Developer to guide a team delivering enterprise‑grade software platforms for major energy clients. You will balance hands‑on coding with people leadership, driving architecture, planning, and lifecycle delivery.

You will mentor 5–10 engineers, shape technical roadmap, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. A strong background in React/TypeScript/Node.js and C#/.NET is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience leading software development teams.
• Strong technical expertise in full‑stack development with proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Solid experience with C# and ASP.NET Core development.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle DB preferred) and cloud platforms (AWS, OCI).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and Git.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and deliver projects reporting to the Director of Development.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers and QA professionals.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to grow team skills.
• Lead technical design reviews and address complex challenges.
• Participate in code reviews for quality and maintainability.
• Maintain hands‑on involvement in critical technical work (React, TS, Node.js, C#/.NET).
• Partner with Director on strategic planning and technical roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
