- 5+ years designing scalable distributed systems and microservices.
- 3+ years of secure, high-availability architectures.
- 3+ years CI/CD and DevOps with Jenkins, Git workflows, and IaC.
- 3+ years leading complex technical initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
