- 7+ years building enterprise-scale software across industries.
- Deep full-stack expertise: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Node.js; React/Angular/TypeScript.
- 5+ years designing scalable distributed systems and microservices; cloud-native modernization.
- 3+ years designing secure, high-availability architectures.
- 3+ years with CI/CD and DevOps, including Jenkins, Git workflows, and IaC.
- 3+ years leading complex technical initiatives across teams.
