Job summary
Atria Health Institute is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Foundations team, working across Platform, DevOps, and Data Engineering. This senior individual contributor role leads the technical direction of our platform, focusing on EMR integrations (Athena), systems infrastructure, caching, and internal tooling to support clinical and member experiences.
You'll partner with engineers and clinical leaders to turn ambiguous problems into clear strategies, ensure architectural consistency,
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven track record shipping multi-team projects in modern web stacks.
- Experience collaborating with product and design on user-facing features.
- Ability to lead technical decisions in ambiguous domains with clear tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for the Foundations group.
- Lead architecture decisions for integration patterns and caching infrastructure.
- Own end-to-end delivery for complex multi-team initiatives.
- Develop strategies to improve performance and reduce external API dependencies.
- Mentor engineers and uphold engineering standards.
