Job summary

Atria Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for our Foundations team. You will lead architectural decisions across Platform, DevOps, and Data Engineering, focusing on EMR integrations, caching strategies, and internal tooling that serve Clinical Experience and Member Experience teams.

You'll own end-to-end delivery of high-priority initiatives, collaborate with clinicians and product leaders, and drive reliability, monitoring, and analytics to improve clinical and member outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience owning and shipping multi-team projects in modern web stacks.
• Experience collaborating with product and design on user-facing features.
• Ability to lead technical decisions in ambiguous domains and defend them with tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical vision for the Foundations group and architecture decisions.
• Own end-to-end delivery for complex multi-team initiatives and ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Build shared libraries, SDKs, and internal APIs to accelerate product development.
• Mentor engineers and uphold engineering standards and documentation norms.
