Job summary

Atria Health Institute is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Foundations team, leading technical direction across Platform, DevOps, and Data Engineering. You will own core platform services, design APIs and data models, and partner with clinical leaders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

With 8+ years in production-grade web stacks, you will mentor engineers, define standards, and drive reliability, performance, and analytics through strong monitoring and SLO-driven design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with senior/staff IC roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision and direction for the Foundations group.
• Lead architecture decisions for integration patterns, caching, and shared services.
• Own end-to-end delivery for multi-team initiatives across product teams.
