Job summary
Atria Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Foundations team, leading technical direction across Platform, DevOps and Data Engineering. You will own core platform services, drive architecture for integration patterns and caching, and partner with clinicians to translate needs into robust engineering solutions.
With a focus on EMR integrations (Athena), infrastructure, analytics, and internal tooling, you’ll mentor engineers, establish standards, and deliver cross-team initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior/staff IC roles.
- Experience shipping multi-team product features in modern web stacks.
- Collaboration with product and design to deliver user-facing features.
- Ability to lead technical decisions in ambiguous domains with clear tradeoffs.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for the Foundations group.
- Lead architecture decisions for integration patterns, caching, and shared services.
- Own end-to-end delivery for complex, multi-team initiatives from idea to launch.
- Design APIs, data models, and integration patterns for clinical and member experiences.
