Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape and implement the technology strategy across delivery teams. You will architect and build scalable, resilient software that accelerates delivery and improves engineering efficiency.

You will mentor others, participate in design sessions, code reviews, and architecture reviews to uphold quality, security, and maintainability. Remote role with onsite travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or .NET Core.
• Strong emphasis on automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Experience with microservices or distributed architectures.
• Excellent communication in a globally distributed organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor software using modern engineering practices.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable components across delivery teams.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate concepts into technical designs.
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers to raise quality and standards.
• Troubleshoot complex multi-system issues and drive long-term fixes.
