CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to act as both a Technical Lead and Individual Contributor. You will help build our next‑generation platform to deliver use cases into products aimed at helping people live healthier lives, and create proof‑of‑concepts to address customer challenges.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in large-scale distributed software.
5+ years of Java, Spring Boot development.
5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
2+ years of Generative AI / Agentic AI experience.
3+ years in Agile-based development environments.

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with senior engineers.
Evaluate performance, scalability, and feasibility for desired objectives.
Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and quality.
Mentor junior developers and collaborate across teams to deliver features.
